Recorded September 2018
About This Webinar
To understand how to write a successful press release, we will put ourselves in the mind of a journalist trying to decide whether several press releases are “worthy” to go into the news cycle. This webinar will be interactive, allowing attendees to score press releases on several criteria and to vote on the one that they would like to “publish.”
Participants will be able to:
- Identify the factors that might turn a science paper into a science news story
- Learn basic tips on how to write the best press release possible for research results
