Brief bio: My doctoral research topic is ‘Mechanism study of pomegranate female sterility and functional analysis of putative sterility-related genes’. By observing the microstructures of the flower organ, we initially determined the stage of ovule sterility. By transcriptome and MicroRNA sequencing, I performed bioinformatics analysis of hormone metabolism and ovule development genes and studied their spatial and temporal expression patterns in pistils with ovule development. Several methods, such as gene clone, transgenic technology, yeast two-hybrid system, and bimolecular fluorescent complementary, have been adopted to explore the function of PgINO, PgCRC, and PgBEL1 in pomegranate ovule development. Also, the interactions between PgINO, PgCRC, PgBEL1 and MADS-box have been studied.

个人简介:

我的博士研究课题为“石榴雌蕊败育机制研究及相关基因功能分析”,探究石榴花不同发育阶段胚珠发育的显微结构、超微结构及其分子发育机制。通过对石榴两性花和功能性雄花不同发育阶段胚珠形态的对比分析,确定了石榴胚珠败育阶段;并通过对转录组测序、转基因、蛋白互作等结果分析,初步探明PgINOPgCRCPgBEL1及MADS-box家族基因在石榴胚珠发育中的功能及其蛋白互作关系。
