Brief Bio: During my doctoral study, I mainly studied the function of histone modification in the process of gene transcription regulation in plants through big data analysis and integration analysis, and found that H3K4me2 is a new inhibitory marker in plants. During the post-doctoral period, I studied the function of tumor immune microenvironment in tumor progression and metastasis and tumor response to drugs by integrating and analyzing multiple omics data with bioinformation technology. My research interests also include the application of machine learning model and AI in immunotherapy efficacy prediction, therapeutic target and drug research development.

个人简介：我于2019年获得复旦大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。博士期间的主要通过大数据整合分析研究植物中组蛋白修饰在基因转录调控过程中的功能，发现发现H3K4me2是植物中一种新的抑制性标记。博士后阶段，我的研究工作是，利用生物信息技术，整合分析多组学数据研究肿瘤免疫微环境在肿瘤进展及转移和肿瘤对药物的应答中的功能，我的研究兴趣还包括机器学习模型以及人工智能在免疫治疗疗效预测，治疗靶点开发及药物研发等领域的应用。
