Brief bio: I graduated from South China Agricultural University with a bachelor’s degree in 2020, and then joined the group of Professor Xiaoying Gong in the School of Geographical Sciences of Fujian Normal University. My current research is mainly related to the response of leaf day respiration to environmental cues. In this research, we explored the response of day respiration to short- and long-term CO2 concentration using the Kok, Kok-Phi and Kok-Cc methods combining gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence measurements. The results improved our understanding of the mechanism underlying plant responses in respiration to CO2 enrichment, shedding new light on the incorporation of day respiration into the carbon cycling models.

个人简介:

2020年毕业于华南农业大学资源环境学院并获得学士学位,后进入福建师范大学地理科学学院,加入巩晓颖研究员的课题组,目前研究方向侧重于C3植物叶片日间呼吸速率的测定方法以及其对环境因子的响应。本研究使用传统Kok方法以及两种改良的方法,结合气体交换和叶绿素荧光测量手段测定了叶片日间呼吸对长期和短期CO2浓度变化的响应,研究结果有助揭示气候变化影响下植物呼吸调控机理, 为将日间呼吸相关效应计入碳循环模型提供支持。
