Brief Bio: I was graduated from the College of Horticulture of Shanxi Agricultural University with a bachelor’s degree in Horticulture in 2016, and then entered the College of Horticulture of China Agricultural University in Pomology, and obtained a doctor’s degree in 2021. The research direction is the molecular mechanism of apple fruit development and ripening. In the early stage of the study, an ethylene response factor MdERF4 was found, and there was a mutation of C-G in the EAR domain, which weakened the inhibitory effect of MdERF4-MdTPL4 on downstream genes. Further studies showed that MdERF4-MdTPL4 could inhibit the expression of MdACS3a and regulate apple fruit ripening by recruiting histone deacetylase MdHDA19 to form repressor complex.

个人简介:2016年毕业于山西农业大学园艺学院园艺专业获得学士学位,后进入中国农业大学园艺学院果树学专业硕博连读攻读博士学位,于2021年获得博士学位。研究方向是苹果果实发育成熟的分子机制研究,研究前期发现了一个乙烯响应因子MdERF4,并在EAR结构域存在C-G的突变,使得MdERF4-MdTPL4对下游基因的抑制作用减弱。进一步研究发现,MdERF4-MdTPL4通过招募组蛋白去乙酰化酶MdHDA19形成阻遏蛋白复合体,抑制MdACS3a的表达进而调控苹果果实成熟。该项研究为呼吸跃变型果实的表观遗传调控研究提供了参考。
