Brief bio: In 2017, I joined Professor Pinghua Li’s research group in College of Agriculture, Shandong Agricultural University. Leaf angle is an important agronomic trait determining maize planting density. The improved planting density significantly contributes to the yield gain in modern maize hybrids. During my master’s degree, I mainly studied the LG2-BEH1/BZR1-SCL28 regulatory modules controlling leaf angle in maize. The study will benefit the selection of upright plant architecture in maize breeding.

个人简介:2017年加入山东农业大学农学院李平华教授课题组。叶夹角是决定玉米种植密度的重要农艺性状,对现代玉米杂交种产量的增加有重要意义。硕士期间,我主要研究了控制玉米叶片角度的LG2-BEH1/BZR1-SCL28调控模块,本研究为玉米育种提供了理论和技术依据。
