Brief biography:

Since the start of postgraduate program in South China Agricultural University, I have been focusing on research related to fruit (loquat and litchi) quality formation, especially molecular mechanisms of fruit coloration, and carried out functional analysis of coloration related genes. Results have been published in PLANT PHYSIOLOGY (first author), FOOD CHEMISTRY (first author), PLOS ONE (first author), and JOURNAL OF FRUIT SCIENCE (first author). In this study, we identified LcNAC002 as the interlink chlorophyll degradation and anthocyanin biosynthesis in litchi pericarp by co-activating the expression of LcSGR and LcMYB1.

2016进入华南农业大学以来,主要探索了果实品质的形成以及着色的分子机理,主要开展果实着色相关基因的功能分析,研究结果发表在Plant Physiology (第一)、FOOD CHEMISTRY(第一)、PLOS ONE(第一)、果树学报(第一)。本研究我们鉴定到LcNAC002通过共同激活LcSGRLcMYB1的表达参与调控荔枝果皮叶绿素的降解和花色苷生物合成。
