Brief bio: I received my bachelor degree in Computer Science and Technology from China Agricultural University (CAU) in 2009. After that, I was directly admitted to the College of Biological Sciences in CAU and joined Dr. Tao Wang’s lab as a PhD student. My PhD project was co-advised by Dr. Zhen Su in College of Biological Sciences in CAU and focused on mechanisms of Medicago in response to abiotic stress using high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics approaches. After graduation, I joined the lab of Dr. Jianxin Ma at Purdue University, where my work was focused on development of bioinformatics methods applied to Soybean functional genomics and genetic breeding. After two-year postdoctoral experience, I am employed as associate professor by Northwest A&F University in China and to do research on plant functional genomics.

个人简介：2009年本科毕业于中国农业大学计算机科学与技术专业。同年，被免试推荐到中国农业大学生物学院，做为直博研究生加入王涛教授实验室。在研究生阶段课题的合作指导教师是苏震教授，研究方向是基于高通量测序技术和生物信息学方法分析苜蓿对非生物胁迫的响应机制。博士毕业后，加入美国普渡大学马渐新教授实验室从事博士后研究工作，在此期间开展研发生物信息学方法应用于大豆功能基因组和遗传育种的研究。2016年至今，被西北农林科技大学聘为副教授，开展与农业生产密切相关的重要作物生物信息学与遗传基因组学的研究工作。
