Brief bio: In 2015, I joined Dr. Huabang Chen’s laboratory to pursue my doctor’s degree. Male sterile is one of the major projects in our lab research interests. In this study, we found that a novel GDSL lipase plays essential roles in anther cuticle and pollen exine development and contributes to male fertility in maize. Besides this project, I worked on investigating molecular mechanisms of maize ear development. The current research project is full of challenges, but the beauty of science exactly is to explore the unknown mysteries of nature.

个人简介:我于2015年加入中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所植物细胞与染色体工程国家重点实验室,导师为陈化榜研究员。主要从事:1)玉米雌穗发育相关基因的克隆及分子机理研究;2)玉米雄性不育相关基因的克隆及分子机理研究。研究项目充满了挑战,但它在引导我们探索自然界未知的奥秘。
