Brief bio: I have been working on abiotic stress physiology, supervised by Prof. Guoping Zhang, since 2012 when I performed thesis for bachelor. My special concern is molecular regulation networks of salt tolerance in plant. So far I have 6 papers published in the peer-reviewed journals, which are involved in two aspects: (A) Identification of special mechanisms and genes associated with salt tolerance in barley; (B) Molecular regulation networks of salt responding genes including HvCaM1. This study showed that a barley calmodulin (HvCaM1) can negatively regulate salt tolerance via indirectly resulting in reduced Na+ transport from roots to shoots under salt stress, and the results could be useful for deep understanding the mechanisms of salt tolerance in barley as well as cereal crops.

个人简介:从2012年完成本科毕业论文开始,一直在浙江大学作物学科张国平教授实验室从事作物抗逆生理学研究,特别关注作物耐盐性。迄今已在国际学术刊物上发表6篇相关学术论文,内容主要涉及以下两方面:一是利用多组学技术和生理学方法,鉴定大麦特异的耐盐机制与耐盐基因;二是利用建立的高效大麦幼胚遗传转化体系和分子生物学手段,解析大麦盐响应基因HvCaM1等的耐盐分子调控机制。本研究揭示了大麦钙调蛋白HvCaM1调控大麦耐盐性的机制,丰富了作物耐盐理论。
