Jing Zhang, first author of Role of Protein Phosphatase 1 Regulatory Subunit 3 (PP1R3) in Mediating Abscisic Acid Response

Brief bio: It was Lanzhou University that trained me from an undergraduate to a doctor, for which I am very grateful. During my postgraduate period, I had been engaged in the research on the biological function of protein phosphatase TOPP in Arabidopsis. In this study, we identified a TOPP-interaction subunit PP1R3 by mass spectrometry, which, participates in TOPP-mediated pathways, including the response to ABA and abiotic stress. I am currently conducting research on symbiotic nitrogen fixation at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, trying to provide help for the green agriculture that reduces the use of chemical fertilizers.

个人简介:我从本科到获得博士学位都在兰州大学完成。在研究生期间,一直从事拟南芥中蛋白磷酸酶TOPP生物学功能的研究。在本研究中,我们通过质谱鉴定到了一个TOPP的调节亚基PP1R3,与TOPP共同调节植物对脱落酸和逆境胁迫响应。现在正在福建农林大学进行共生固氮相关研究,争取为减肥增效的绿色农业提供帮助。
