 Brief Biography: I joined the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Science and began my first job after I completed my doctorate. My research interests are image processing and algorithm development of 3D reconstruction of cryo-electron microscopy. Especially, I accumulate lots of experiences for helical reconstruction of cryo-electron microscopy. I solved many helical structures which have different assembling (e.g. Par3-NTD, SNX1), and some of these structures are very challenge due to the dynamics of sample diameters (e.g. SOPA1). I also very interested with the missing wedge problem of cryo-electron tomography, and have achieved some results such as development of the algorithm FIRT.

个人简介:本人2009博士毕业后加入中国科学院生物物理研究所工作。主要从事冷冻电镜三维重构的图像处理和算法开发工作,尤其在冷冻电镜螺旋三维重构中积累了丰富经验,解析了多种不同组装方式的螺旋组装体的三维结构(例如:Par3-NTD, SNX1),其中包括直径动态变化的颇具挑战性的样品的三维结构解析(例如: SOPA1)。同时本人对冷冻电子断层三维重构的缺失锥问题很感兴趣并取得了一定成果(例如:FIRT算法的开发)。
