Brief Biography: I joined the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Science and began my first job after I completed my doctorate. My research interests are image processing and algorithm development of 3D reconstruction of cryo-electron microscopy. Especially, I accumulate lots of experiences for helical reconstruction of cryo-electron microscopy. I solved many helical structures which have different assembling (e.g. Par3-NTD, SNX1), and some of these structures are very challenge due to the dynamics of sample diameters (e.g. SOPA1). I also very interested with the missing wedge problem of cryo-electron tomography, and have achieved some results such as development of the algorithm FIRT.
