Brief Bio: I joined Prof. Fengwang Ma’s Lab in Northwest A&F University as a PhD student in 2009. My doctoral research focused on the regulation of leaf senescence by exogenous melatonin and functional analysis of related autophagy genes in Malus domestica. I then worked as a postdoc researcher studying apple tree branching in Prof. Kenong Xu’s Lab in Cornell University (2015-2016). I transferred to Iowa State University in 2016 and joined Prof. Diane Bassham’s Lab studying the transcriptional regulation of autophagy in Arabidopsis; Starting in 2019, I joined Prof. Yanhai Yin’s Lab to study the crosstalk between Brassinosteroid signaling and selective autophagy in Arabidopsis. I am currently working on several interesting projects focusing on BR-mediated plant growth, FERONIA kinase function and other kinases.

科研经历简介:我于2009年加入西北农林科技大学园艺学院马锋旺老师课题组开始博士研究生的学习,主要研究内容是外源褪黑素对苹果叶片衰老的调控及相关自噬基因的功能分析;2015年博士毕业之后加入康奈尔大学园艺系许克农老师实验室研究苹果分枝的遗传分子生物学;2016年转到爱荷华州立大学Diane Bassham Lab继续之前关于自噬的兴趣研究,主要研究拟南芥自噬基因的转录调控;于2019年开始在Yanhai Yin Lab工作至今,主要研究油菜素内酯信号途径与BES1蛋白的选择性自噬。目前的主要研究方向是BR介导的植物生长、FERONIA激酶和其他激酶的功能。
