Brief biography: From 2017 to 2121, I studied Botany in Tarim University, and conducted genome research of Populus euphratica with my supervisor, Prof. Li Zhijun. The main purpose was to reveal molecular regulatory network of heteromorphic leaf development through multi-omics analysis. Now I’m doing my Ph.D programme on bioinformatics in the Institute of Basic Biology (NIBB) that we combine four complementary high-throughput techniques: RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, DNA methylation and Hi-C to identify candidate genes and regulation mechanism related to leaf morphogenesis. First, we firstly combine phenotypic physiology, transcriptomics and DNA methylation to identify the transcriptional dynamics and co-expression network of leaf types development in P. euphratica. And then use ATAC-seq and Hi-C were used to further reveal the genes expression strategy associated with leaf morphogenesis

个人简历:2017-2121年就读于塔里木大学植物学学科,跟随导师李志军教授进行胡杨基因组学的研究,主要方向为多组学分析揭示胡杨异形叶发育的分子调控网络。毕业后进入日本基础生物学研究所(NIBB)以博士研究生身份继续从事生物信息学工作。目前研究课题结合了四种互补的高通量技术:RNA-seq,ATAC-seq,DNA甲基化和Hi-C,以鉴定与叶片形态发生有关的候选基因和调控机制。结合表型生理学,转录组学和DNA甲基化来鉴定胡杨叶形发育的转录动力学和共表达网络, ATAC-seq和Hi-C用于进一步揭示与叶片形态发生有关的基因表达策略。
