Brief bio: Dr. Zhang received her Ph.D. from the College of Agriculture and Biotechnology at China Agricultural University and the Key Laboratory of Sweet Potato Biology and Biotechnology of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, under the supervision of Prof. Shaozhen He. She joined Prof. Jigang Li’s lab as a Post-doc at the State Key Laboratory of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, College of Biological Sciences, China Agricultural University. Her research mainly focuses on molecular mechanisms of sweet potato resistance, and root formation and development regulation. Dr. Zhang has published 21 SCI papers on Plant Cell (2020),New Phytol. (2019,2021,2022),Plant Physiol. (2022), Int. J. Mol. Sci. (2021),Plant Sci. (2019),Sci. Rep. (2017),J. Integr. Agr. (2017) and other journals, and participated in the development of four new certified sweet potato varieties.

个人简介:2011年进入中国农业大学农学院农业农村部甘薯生物学与生物技术重点实验室学习,师从何绍贞教授;2017年获得中国农业大学作物遗传育种专业博士学位后,进入中国农业大学生物学院植物生理学与生物化学国家重点实验室李继刚教授课题组进行博士后研究;2020年以优秀人才引进中国农业大学农学院。自硕士起十余年一直围绕甘薯抗性、品质与块根形成发育相关基因的克隆与分子机制进行研究,相关研究结果以第一作者或通讯作者在国际主流刊物Plant Cell (2020),New Phytol. (2019,2021,2022),Plant Physiol. (2022), Int. J. Mol. Sci. (2021),Plant Sci. (2019),Sci. Rep. (2017),J. Integr. Agr. (2017)等上发表。此外,在国内外重要学术期刊上参与发表研究论文二十余篇,授权国家发明专利3项,申请国家发明专利12项;参与育成甘薯新品种4个。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、北京市自然科学基金面上项目、三亚崖州湾科技城“崖州湾”菁英人才科技专项、中国博士后基金面上一等资助项目等,获得国家留学基金委“创新型人才国际合作培养项目-现代种业自主创新型人才培养项目”资助。欢迎对甘薯分子育种研究感兴趣的同学联系。
