Brief bio: He studies plant systems biology and works on the mathematical model construction for primary metabolism in C3 and C4 photosynthetic leaves. His goal is to seek out the metabolic targets for genetic engineering to improve photosynthetic carbon and nitrogen assimilation in crops and photosynthetic algae, to seek out the requirements for efficiency system in a complex metabolic network by using computational biology methods.

简介:其本人主要通过构建计算生物学系统模型及其分析,以研究C3和C4光合碳氮代谢高效的必要条件,解析复杂代谢网络中的一般性特征,并试图预测制定全球大气CO2浓度升高背景下高等植物和光合藻类光合固碳/固氮效率提高的潜在工程策略。
