Brief bio: Since I started my scientific career, I have been fascinated by plant metabolites and, in particular, the genetics behind their control. I am keenly interested in unlocking the molecular regulation of these extraordinary natural compounds to better understand their role in plant cells and also in exploiting them for human needs.
