Brief bio:
After graduation, I pursued my Ph.D study in Dr. Franziska Turck lab at Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research in Germany. My Ph.D project focus on the temporal and spatial expression of FT in Arabidopsis thaliana. Then, I joined to Dr. Yue Zhou’s lab in Peking University in 2020, here I mainly use HiC, ChIP-seq, ATAC and MNase to investigate plant epigenetics and 3D chromatin structure.
