I had a strong interest in plant cell biology and started to work in a laboratory during my undergraduate. In 2019, I was very happy to enter China Agricultural University and join the research group of Professor Tonglin Mao and Xiangfeng Wang at State Key Laboratory of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry. My research interest is plant cytoskeleton and stomatal movement. In this study, we have investigated the role of microtubule cytoskeleton in ABA-regulated stomatal movement, and revealed the new function of microtubule associated protein SPR1, which could be directly phosphorylated by OST1 and positively regulate ABA-induced stomatal closure. In the future, I will continue to explore the delicate regulatory mechanisms of plant stomatal movement.

个人简介:在本科阶段,我就对植物细胞生物学产生了浓厚的兴趣,并开始在实验室进行科研训练。2019年,我很高兴可以进入中国农业大学攻读博士学位,并加入了植物生理学和生物化学国家重点实验室毛同林/王向锋课题组。我的研究兴趣是植物细胞骨架和气孔运动。在本研究中,我们解析了微管细胞骨架在ABA调控的气孔运动中的作用,并揭示了微管结合蛋白SPR1的新功能:该蛋白可以被ABA信号通路中的关键激酶OST1直接磷酸化,正向调控ABA诱导的气孔关闭。在今后的工作中,我将继续深入解析复杂而精细的植物气孔运动调控网络。
