Brief bio: I joined Dr. Li’s lab at Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences since 2014. Dr. Li’s lab mainly focuses on molecular networks of organ size control in plants. Since my master’s degree, I focused on studying the function and regulation of endoreduplication in Arabidopsis. In addition, I also worked on the seed size control by nitrogen use efficiency during my doctoral studies. In this study, we reported a genetic and molecular framework for DA3/UBP14-CDKB1;1-SUD6/CDKG2 cascade- mediated control of endoreduplication and cell growth in Arabidopsis. I’m completing my study on nitrogen use efficiency. I hope to solve important scientific questions in the field of organ size control and provide candidate gene resources for improving agronomic performance of crops.

个人简介:我在2014年加入到中科院遗传发育所李云海老师的实验室开始学习。李老师实验室的主要研究方向为植物器官大小调控的分子机理研究。我从硕士阶段开始,主要关注拟南芥核内复制的分子调控机理及功能。此外,博士期间我还研究了氮利用效率对种子大小的影响。这次的工作中,我们报道了一个由DA3/UBP14-CDKB1;1-SUD6/CDKG2组成的调控拟南芥细胞核内复制和生长的级联调控分子机制。我正在完成关于氮利用效率的研究。我期望能解决一些植物器官大小调控中的重要科学问题,并为提高作物的农艺性状提供一些候选基因。
