Brief bio: I joined Prof. Shunping Yan’s team at Huazhong Agricultural University in 2019. My research focuses on the mechanisms underlying DNA replication stress responses in plants. In this study, we found that the protein kinase WEE1 (a central regulator of replication stress responses) activates the E3 ubiquitin ligase APC/CCDC20 to promote the polyubiquitination and degradation of FBL17 during replication stress responses. In the future, I will continue to explore more mechanisms for replication stress responses.

个人简介：我于2019年加入华中农业大学严顺平教授团队，主要研究植物应答DNA复制胁迫的机制。在这项研究中，我们发现，在复制胁迫应答过程中蛋白激酶 WEE1（复制胁迫应答的核心调控蛋白）可通过激活 E3 泛素连接酶 APC/CCDC20促进FBL17 的多聚泛素化和降解。 未来，我会继续探索更多的复制胁迫应答机制。
