Brief bio: In 2016 I obtained the Master’s degree in Shandong Agricultural University, China. During my two years Master’s thesis, I major in bioinformatics and studied Comprehensive transcriptome profiling of soybean leaves in response to simulated acid rain, Genome-wide identification and characterization of R2R3-MYB transcription factors in pear, Genome-wide analysis of the fructose 1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) gene family and functional characterization of FBA7 in tomato and Transcriptional Analyses of natural leaf senescence in maize. Meanwhile, I worked as an intern in one sequencing company for a year during my Master’s degree mainly focused on genome assemble, RNA-seq and human intestinal microorganism analysis. In 2016 I started my PhD in the State Key Laboratory of Systematic and Evolutionary Botany (LSEB), IB, CAS. Here, I mainly focused on how gene loss-of-function contributes to the adaptation and phenotype variation of plants. Gene loss-of-function mutations are not simple gene loss, but could shape diverse genotype variation and could help plant to adapt to the changing environment.

本人简介: 2016年于山东农业大学获得硕士学位,硕士期间先后发表了基于转录组大豆叶片酸雨响应、梨R2R3-MYB转录因子基因家族分析、西红柿中果糖1,6-bisphosphate醛缩酶基因家族分析、玉米叶片自然衰老的转录调控研究等。同时,硕士期间在杭州谷禾信息技术有限公司实习工作一年。于2016年,在中国科学院植物研究所系统与进化植物学国家重点实验室攻读植物学博士学位,发现相对于参考基因组的假基因化实际上不仅仅是简单的基因丢失,这种假基因化变异在自然拟南芥群体中可以产生多种基因型,对于植物表型变异和环境适应具有重要贡献。
