Brief bio: I completed my undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at the University of Sheffield where I also completed a Masters in Mechanobiology and a PhD studying cyanobacteria and the plant chloroplast with Super-resolution microscopy in addition to developing software for analysing non-destructive readout camera data. I am currently a Research Fellow at the Mechanobiology Institute applying chemical induced dimerization and optogenetics to study focal adhesions and cell motility.
