Brief bio: I am a postdoctoral associated at University of Florida, supervised by Prof. Zhonglin Mou. The review paper published here focuses on damage-associated molecules and their function mechanisms in plant defense. Our previous research found that NAD and NADP function as damage-associated molecules, playing key roles in local and systemic acquired resistance against bacterial pathogens. My project is to clarify the down stream and up stream signaling factors involved in NAD and NADP defense pathway.
