Brief bio:

I have always been interested in the research of natural science. During my undergraduate studies, Dr. Wannian Yang’s botany experiment course aroused my great interest in plant research. Therefore, after graduation, I chose to do master’s research in the team of Dr. Wannian Yang and Huazhong Shi. My main work was to study the mechanism of high-temperature tolerance of Arabidopsis using forward chemical genetics. After completing my master’s studies, I chose rice as a further research subject. In Dr. Junli Huang’s research group, I studied the regulatory mechanism between the development and stress resistance in rice. In the future, I am looking forward to contributing to the improvement of the yield and quality of cultivated rice.

个人简介:

我一直对生命科学的相关研究非常感兴趣。在大学期间,杨万年老师的植物学实验课程使我对植物学研究产生了极大的兴趣。于是,本科毕业后我选择在杨万年和施华中团队攻读硕士学位。我的主要工作是使用正向遗传学的方法研究拟南芥高温胁迫响应的调控机制。完成硕士学习后,我选择了水稻作为进一步的研究对象,并在黄俊丽课题组进行水稻的发育与抗逆调节机理的研究。将来,我期待能够使用所学知识为提高栽培水稻的产量和品质尽一份力。
