Brief bio: I entered the Li Lab to conduct my thesis when I was a senior undergraduate student. Since then, I have been interested in cell signaling transduction related research in plants. I was very lucky to obtain an opportunity to continue my graduate education under the supervision of Professor Jia Li after I finished my bachelor degree in biology. Our group is interested in investigating mechanisms regulating brassinosteroid signal transduction and homeostasis. Recently, we revealed the molecular mechanisms of brassinosteroids and jasmonates in antagonistically regulating Arabidopsis apical hook development. I will continue to screen and identify new regulatory components in controlling brassinosteroid homeostasis.
