Brief bio: I graduated from Huazhong Agricultural University in 2017 under the supervision of Pro. Yunjiang Cheng of Citrus research team. And in 2018, I carried out cooperating PostDoc research between Huazhong Agricultural University (Pro. Yunjiang Cheng and Pro. Weiwei Wen group) and Max-Planck-Institut für Molekulare Pflanzenphysiologie (Pro. Alisdair R. Fernie group). Based on the a time-resolved GWAS of the 252 accessions-containing Arabidopsis thaliana natural diversity panel at 0d, 3d and 6d after darkness treatment, we have identified some associations with the enzyme catalytic of the macronutrient (protein, amino acid, sugar and lipid) degradation, metabolite transportation and the regulators of these enzyme genes such as transcriptional regulators. Moreover, we also analyzed the detailed different genetic regulation mechanism of these genes by changing the enzyme activity or affecting the gene expression to regulate the metabolite variance among the population.






个人简介:博士就读于华中农业大学,师从园艺林学学院柑橘团队程运江教授。2018年进入华中农业大学园艺学博士后流动站(合作导师程运江教授和闻玮玮教授)与德国马克斯普朗克分子植物生理研究所Alisdair R. Fernie教授课题组合作开展博后研究。在博后研究中通过对黑暗处理后3个时间点及各时间点的代谢物差异所开展的动态mGWAS鉴定到了参与营养物质再循环途径中代谢物降解、代谢物转运及行使转录调控效应等关联基因,并深入解析了这些基因在群体中因氨基酸序列发生改变或因基因表达发生改变而导致代谢物含量差异的遗传调控机制。
