Brief bio: My postdoctoral work is about the regulatory mechanisms of rice bZIP transcription factor and E3 ubiquitin ligases in cell death and blast resistance.
For my doctoral thesis, I worked on dissecting the molecular mechanism of Xa39-mediated broad-spectrum resistance to Xanthomonas oryzae pv oryzae (Xoo) by RNA-seq and proteomics. Then I identified some functional genes for the response to Xoo and salt stress.
