Brief bio: In 2014, after obtaining my master degree, I joined in Yuan Qin’s lab at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University (FAFU) as a research assistant and started my research on the function of the ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling complex SWR1. In order to pursue my education, I started my Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Yuan Qin from Sep. 2016. During my Ph.D. degree, I focus on the Mechanism of SWR1 in Arabidopsis regulating ovule and inflorescence development. Through years of research, we have elucidated the mechanism by which SWR1 and ERECTA receptor kinase signaling pathway signaling together regulates inflorescence architecture through the activation of the brassinosteroid and auxin signaling pathways. In this study, we revealed that SWR1 acts with ERECTA signaling pathway to control female gametophyte and integument growth through spatiotemporal regulating miR398 accumulation in ovule.

个人简介:2014年硕士毕业后我作为科研助理加入福建农林大学秦源教授实验室,从事关于染色质重塑复合物SWR1相关的研究工作。于2016年9月,在秦源老师的指导下攻读博士学位,博士期间我的主要研究工作是拟南芥SWR1调控胚珠和花序发育的机理研究。经过多年的研究,我们阐明了SWR1与受体激酶ERECTA信号途径通过激活油菜素类脂和生长素信号途径调控花序形态建成的分子机理。在本研究中,我们揭示SWR1与ERECTA通过调节miR398的时空表达调控雌配子体和珠被发育的分子机制。
