Brief bio: I was trained in cell biology and biochemistry in Prof. Ying Sun’s lab at the Institution of Molecular and Cell Biology, Hebei Normal University. During my Ph. D studies, I focused on the function of protein phosphatase PP2A B’α and B’β during reproductive development in Arabidopsis, and have known well the roles of phosphorylation in sexual reproduction. After graduation, I will devote to the agricultural biology research based on what I have trained and what I will learn.

个人简介:我在河北师范大学生命科学学院分子与细胞生物学研究所孙颖教授实验室进行博士研究生的相关训练和学习。在读期间,主要关注蛋白磷酸酶PP2AB’α和B’β在拟南芥生殖发育过程中的生物学功能。在Plant Physiology发表的这篇论文,我们阐述了B’α和B’β参与保护拟南芥性母细胞的第一次减数分裂过程着丝粒上黏连蛋白复合体不被降解,从而保证第二次减数分裂后染色单体被平均分配。拟南芥雌雄配子体的发生和成熟是一个复杂而精准的过程,观察和研究这个过程是一个真实而美妙的旅程。未来,我将继续从事植物生殖发育方面的研究,并尽力把研究材料从模式植物拓展到农作物。
