Current Position: Associate Professor in Oil Crops Research, Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Wuhan, China

Education: Ph.D. in Plant Nutrition at the State Key Laboratory for Conservation and Utilization of Subtropical Agro-bioresources, South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou, China.

Non-scientific Interests: Reading, travelling, hiking

Brief bio: I received my Ph.D. degree in the laboratory of Prof. Hong Liao at college of resources and environment, root biology center, south china agricultural university. During doctoral studies, my research was focused on the physiological and molecular mechanisms of phosphate acquisition and translocation in soybean nodules. Now I worked in oil crops research institute, and current research interests include the physiological and molecular mechanisms underlying rapeseed adapt to the nitrogen deficiency stress, root architecture quantification and 3D reconstruction system of oil corps.
