Brief bio: During my PhD, I studied enzymes involved in the biosynthesis and biotransformations of olive tree secoiridoids under the supervision of Prof. Polydefkis Hatzopoulos. In 2018, I joined the group of Ass. Prof. Vincent Courdavault to focus on enzymes engaged in alkaloid biosynthesis and regulation in members of the Apocynaceae family.
