Brief biography: I am currently studying at Institute of Cotton Research, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Since 2019, I have been studying the molecular mechanism of Brassinosteroids (BRs) regulating cotton fiber development under the guidance of Pro. Zuoren Yang and Pro. Fuguang Li. In this study, we constructed a brassinosteroid transcriptional regulatory network involved in regulation of fiber elongation. By the combination of multi-omics, we identified and verified seven genes related to fiber elongation directly regulated by GhBES1.4, which shed light on BR signaling in regulating single-celled fiber elongation and laid a foundation for fiber yield and quality improvement.

个人简介:本人目前就读于中国农业科学院棉花研究所。自2019年以来,一直在中国农业科学院棉花研究所杨作仁研究员与李付广研究员指导下开展油菜素内酯(BR)调控棉纤维发育的分子机制研究。在这项研究中,我们构建了调节纤维伸长的油菜素类内酯转导调控网络。通过多组学的结合,鉴定并验证了由GhBES1.4直接调控的7个与纤维伸长相关的基因,揭示了BR信号在调控单细胞纤维伸长中的作用,为纤维产量和品质的提高奠定了基础。
