Brief bio:

I spent my Ph.D. in Dr. Jue Ruan’s group at Agricultural Genomics Institute at Shenzhen, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. I focused on copy number variation and the evolution of duplicated genes in rice. Since 2020, I have been working as a postdoctoral researcher in Dr. Zhe Wu’s Lab at SUSTech, and am mainly responsible for the integrative analysis of plant genomics and epigenomics data. I will continue to engage in plant genomics and bioinformatics, and other related research in the future.

个人简介：博士期间在中国农业科学院深圳农业基因组研究所阮珏研究员指导下，从事水稻拷贝数变异及复制基因演化等研究工作。2020年加入南方科技大学生物系吴柘老师实验室后，参与多项课题研究，主要负责植物基因组学与表观组学相关数据的整合分析工作。未来我将继续从事植物基因组学与生物信息学等相关研究。
