Brief bio:
I have been studying on fruit ripening mechanisms with deep learning frameworks, since joining to Prof. Takashi Akagi lab. As I majored “classical” agricultural biology, bioinformatics had been an unknown world for me, but is now the very exciting research topic with deep learning on genomic and transcriptomic information. So, I am enjoying this fulfilling research life, and would like to deepen my research also with kiwifruit ripening systems, to learn the fun of the world of science.
